Safety signs incorporate Danger, Caution, Prohibition and Mandatory and Hazard signage. They can be manufactured in any size. However, reference can be made to Australian Standard AS 1319 for guidance and specifications.

Danger signs should only be used where an actual danger exists. Caution signs and Warning signs warn of a hazard or hazardous condition that is not likely to be life threatening where as mandatory signs indicate an instruction must be carried out. Prohibition signage advises that the action is not permitted.

Safety signage can be manufactured in aluminium, polycarbonate, zinc steel or corflute.
